Cook Curry Instant butter chicken / shahi paneer curry


Cook Curry is a new fresh instant curry brand which produces it’s curry mixes locally in Utrecht. Cook curry produces handmade curry spice mixes without conservatives. The curry is made of premium products and serves 2-3 people. Premium product with premium taste.
(Indian Creamy, Sweet and Mildly Spiced Curry)
To be added: 
400 gm Chicken or vegetables or 250 gram Paneer
50 ml Tomato Puree (Market Bought) or 75 ml fresh pureed Tomato
200 ml Milk
50 ml cream
1 tbsp ghee or butter
Simple preparation: 
1 Make paste of Mix with Milk and keep aside
2 Heat butter or ghee on medium heat, add tomato and cook for 4 -5 minutes or till oil starts separating.
3 Add paste and 50 ml water and cook on medium heat for desired consistency. Cut paneer or chicken into bite-sized chunks Add bite sized chunks of Chicken or Paneer 4 4 cook for few minutes until curry thickens. Taste and add sugar as per your preference
5 Add cream to the curry and cook for few more minutes.
6 Serve hot with Rice or Indian Bread Naan
Ingredients: Milk solids, onion, cashew nuts, sesame, melon seeds, pumpkin seeds, sugar, salt and black salt, garlic, flour, chilli, mace, clove, star anise, black pepper, bay leaves, cumin, black cardamom , cinnamon, ginger, fenugreek leaves, coriander, dry mango, asafoetida, bishop weed, nutmeg, caraway, turmeric . Allergy: Contain nuts, milk  products, sesame seeds , gluten
