INSTANT PALAK PANEER ,SPINACH CORN or SPINACH POTATO
Indian Spiced,Creamy Spinach Curry
Cook Curry is a new fresh instant curry brand which produces it’s curry mixes locally in Utrecht. Cook curry produces handmade curry spice mixes without conservatives. The curry is made of premium products and serves 2-3 people. Premium product with premium taste.
To be added:
– 200 gram Paneer or Corn  or 2 -3 medium size boiled or sauted potatoes
– 250 gram Spinach
-50 ml Tomato Puree or pureed fresh Tomato
– 2 tbsp Yoghurt
-1 tbsp ghee or butter
– 2 tbsp Cream (Optional)
NOTE : Please use measuring spoons for quantity
Simple preparation:
1.Make Spinach Puree by blanching spinach leaves with little salt in boiling water for 2 to 3 minutes until leaves are wilted.Take them out and puree to a smooth puree in a 2.blender and keep aside.
3.Make paste of Mix with 2 tbsp Yoghurt and 3 tbsp water.Keep aside
4.Heat butter or ghee on medium heat, add tomato puree and cook for 4 -5 minutes or till oil starts separating.
5.Add paste  and cook on medium heat for desired consistency.
6.Add Spinach Puree ,if you think your puree is thick then add some water and cook for few minutes until curry thickens.
7.Add Paneer or corn or potato and cream(optional) let it cook for few more minutes.
8.Serve hot with Rice or Indian Bread Naan
